The brand-new MGS Innovation Center serves as our global headquarters in Germantown, Wisconsin, USA, purpose-built to foster collaboration and innovation. It brings together MGS’ Engineering Services Group, with workspaces dedicated to product design and development, tooling, automation, sampling and more.
At our global headquarters campus, experts from diverse backgrounds and disciplines converge to deliver highly customized, end-to-end solutions that empower customers to grow market share in the competitive healthcare industry. Tooling Technology Center
Our Tooling Technology Center features expert toolmakers who have perfected the art and science of toolmaking. Our state-of-the-art moldmaking technologies include high-speed and high-precision machining, CNC wire and die sinking EDM with CMM validation, three- and five-axis graphite and steel milling, comprehensive process simulation, and automation solutions that enable our facility to run 24/7 lights out.
Automation Center
Serving customers around the world, our Automation Center houses an expert team that designs and builds custom automation and equipment solutions. Our advanced facility is uniquely designed to bring together teams of programmers, designers, builders and more to develop solutions that can be transferred to your facility for production, or any MGS global manufacturing facility.
Sampling & Validation Without Interruption
At the MGS Innovation Center, customers can access dedicated Class 7 and Class 8 cleanroom spaces for sampling, enabling part and process validation without disrupting production environments. A dedicated on-site Quality Lab, equipped with advanced tactile, optical, and CT-measuring capabilities, guarantees dimensional, functional, and optical product quality throughout the product development process.
Our sampling lab includes 3D printing capabilities, modeling software, and a full metrology lab for precise measurements.
